Tara Pimco is a beauty industry founder, creative director, and entrepreneur based in Monmouth County, NJ. For over 25 years she has built brands, led teams, created unforgettable bridal experiences, and helped shape the modern beauty industry from behind the chair and behind the scenes.
What started as a salon became a bridal company, turned into an agency, then a conference, and coming soon a retreat brand. Now she is documenting the evolution, the business, the burnout, the reinvention, and the magic in the mess, through her podcast The Diary of a Hot Mess.
